You will have at your disposal the whole apartment with large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a large living room with fully-equipped kitchen.   

Located in a safe area, this contemporary living space has everything to make you feel at home – WiFi, Air-conditioning, TV,  double bed, comfortable double sofa,washer and dryer, and might you need, Baby cot on request.

Ideal choice for 2 guests but is also comfortable for 4 people offering a double sofa in the living room and a second, full bathroom!

The apartment is located on the3rd floor of a residential building with lift.

The apartment is located next to Palazzo del Viminale ans the Opera House of Rome. Historic attractions, including Piazza Venezia, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, are easily accessible on foot. 

Termini railway station is a 10-minute walk away.  You will be able to reach most of the historical sites walking.  

Please note the apartment is located in a residential building where we need to respect house rules. Parties are not permitted We do not accept pets.

Other things to note:

City tax of €3,5/person/night is not included in the rental rate. We will collect it on arrival in cash.Please, be sure, you have the whole amount on arrival with you.

Check in is possible until 9pm without any extra fee. After 9pm we will ask for €35 extra fee to be paid on arrival in cash.
