Modern 2br apt near Trevi Fountain

Bright and comfortable two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms a few steps from the Trevi Fountain. The apartment is ideally located in the city centre and well connected by busses and metro.  The building is safe, clean and furnished by lift.  A completely new two bedroom apartment in the city center just a few steps from the Quirinale and Trevi Fountain.  The apartment is located in a quite and very clean building on the fifth floor. The building is provided by lift.  The apartment has two double rooms, one of them with two separated queen size beds that makes this apartment comfortable and very rare in Rome. The apartment has also a nice living room with double sofa bed, kitchen and two bathrooms both of them with shower.  You will have a fully furnished kitchen with all kitchen utensils, oven, washing machine, dishwasher. There is a nice dining table in the living room for 6 guests.  Of course the flat is air-conditioned and wi -fi internet is provided for free.  We kindly ask you to inform us about your arrival time at the house as we will meet you on appointment.  Have a nice time!  We will be available during your stay if you need any help or information.  You can easily reach us via e-mail, phone or sms. If you have any problem and need assistance we will of course come to your house :)  The location is perfect, you will be located a few steps from the Trevi Fountain but also  near to the metro station. There are many shops, restaurans, bars in our discrit so no worries about shopping.  Check in will take place at the apartment. Please inform us about your arrival time before arrival!  After you have claimed your baggage please call ((phone number hidden) (this is the number of the key-holder to your apartment).  If you will be taking the train from the airport please call after you know the departure time of your train.  Unless you've already indicated the information in the booking form, please provide your flight details so we can verify timely arrival of your flight. It would be helpful if you could give us a mobile phone number at which you can be reached once you arrive. If you want to make your own way, you'll be expected to call the key-holder before leaving the airport and find your way to the apartment's building.   When you call, we will arrange to have either the landlord or our representative to wait for you at the apartment.   Always have a photocopy of your passport with you which may be needed for check in procedures. 

Please note: to avoid inconveniences for the check in appointment, it is very important that we know your arrival details possibly one month and no later then one week prior to your arrival.  

Late check in fee after 9 pm would be € 35 extra fee  Please note, the city tax of €3,5/person/night is not included in the rental price. You will pay it upon arrival by cash.
