The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a residential building with lift where we have two apartments completely renovated and refurnished.
The apartment is a modern and bright space where to stay during your holidays or business trip, it has a nice and bright living room with kitchen area, one bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. The kitchen is completely refurnished with all kitchen utensils. You will have available washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer.
Our lovely property is located 10 minutes away from Fountain Trevi or Spanish Steps, and 15 minutes walking from the main Station Termini. The nearest metro stop is Repubblica within a few minutes walking distance that will permit you to reach the other part of the city in a few minutes.
You will have the whole apartment only for you.
In our area there are many shops, restaurants, bars, fresh markets and supermarkets.
For any reccomendations please feel free to ask, we will be happy to suggest you our favourite spots!
Nearest sites to see visit: Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Via Veneto, Palazzo Barberini, Santa Susanna Church, Palazzo Massimo Museum, Terme di Diocleziano Museum, Piazza Repubblica, Palazzo delle Esposizioni and many other wonderful sites.
We can arrange Airport transfer on request and on extra charge.
Other things to note:
City tax of €3,5/person/night is not included in the rental rate. We will collect it on arrival in cash.Please, be sure, you have the whole amount on arrival with you.
Check in is possible until 9pm without any extra fee. After 9pm we will ask for €35 extra fee to be paid on arrival in cash.
