You'll be amazed by the green common areas, fountains, fresh air even in summer, a lot of light and silence this building offers. The apartment is located on the 3rd  floor and it  is facing directly on the green common courtyard where  it has a privet balcony to. 

The apartment  is about 50 squaremeters and offers high comfort for up to 4 people. You will have at your disposal a comfortable double bed  and a  double sofa for the extra guests such as a cozy new bathroom with showerbox.  

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you'd wish for (oven, toaster, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher) limiteless wifi connection, air-conditioning, safe box will assure your relax and comfort while at home in the Eternal City.  

The balcony, that is facing to the wonderful courtyard illuminated by night is the best part of the house you will for sure enjoy a lot.

Ask our best tips for your breakfast and lunch to immerge in your new Roman life firts thing in the morning and enjoy the day long tasting the new Roman buffet-cuisine or one of the best gelato in town! 

The location is so central you are a short walk away from Coliseum, Trevi Fountain even Spaish Steps, with superb connection to the Vatican and Trastevere neighborhood.  

Other things to note:

City tax of € 3,5/person/night is not included in the rental fee and will be collected upon check in.

Check in after 9pm is possible, extra €35 will be charged.
